Woodhouse offers various building options to meet your budget requirements.

The first option is SmartWood a timber frame house package that includes, pre-designed floor plans, elevations and all the details to build your home. The timber frame is ready to assemble with pre-cut wall panels, special fasteners, wall and roof panels with splines and foam sealant. For all exterior walls and roof blue-board is used for installation beneath the wall and roof panels. Tongue and grove flooring is included for all second floors and or lofts. Anderson brand 400 Series exterior windows with your choice of 4 colors. Exterior doors are either Anderson brand 400 Series Frenchwood Patio Door or a Therma-Tru brand steel insulated door.

The second option is a hybrid home. For example, the great room would be timber frames while other areas of the home are constructed of SIPs (structural insulating panels) or conventional construction.

The third option is a custom designed and crafted Woodhouse home. This home is the pinnacle of all timber frame homes. It is your home designed the way you want it. The complete custom package includes the following:
